AI Recommendations

TheProphetAi is the proud producer of

www.generecommender.com, free for no-profit research. We use a proprietary neural network to produce gene/protein recommendation based on available scientific literature.
It work like ChatGPT but on Genes cited in all available literature, we calculate on 64 dimensions network, how far is a gene to another clustering all group og genes cited in papers. If you would like to have more information, please refer to www.theprophetai.com web site or directly to www.generecommender.com web site.

Inside Biorecommender, we have two opportunities to use Gene recommendations:
1) We can use only the genes cited by the author, we use them as a imput list to calculate which other genes can be used by the same author. Please conside we are using the gene list you selected, depending on filters you set in Biorecommender, it is important, for the recommendation, use the most recent papers author published, to not incur in old genes author is not using/interested anymore.
 
 
This recoomendation appears when you click the Customize (orange button) in the Gene Recommendation section

pressing the customize Ai button you have the following pop-up window:

The gene Recommendation section on the right, already show the gene list coming from the cited gene of the author; but you can interact with this recommendation, dropping or adding genes. For example you have a customer ordered some antibodies, TNF, CRP and TNFBR2, we can "eliminate" some gene from the left list [IMPUT] and adding the three genes to have a most recent recommendation.
1 Add  a gene (orange + button) both for gene and disease
2 eliminate all list on the left (X red button) both for gene and disease
3 recommendation list on right colum (updated every time you cjhange the imput list)
4 eliminate a single gene from the imput list (white x in the left colum of genes)
In the following screeshot, for example, we have dropped all gene cited by the author, and inserted the three genes customer bought (TNF, TGFBR2, CRP).

The result you can see on the right is the Neural Network work suggesting TGFA, IL6,TGFB1, SMAD2, IFNG ecc

Now press the long green button with OK, and the recommended gene list will be in the customer profile section
