May I know where the results come from?
Recommendations come from a thorough process that includes:

  • NLP dedicated to biology, analyzing over 12 million papers.
  • Cross-referencing major databases to focus on diseases, protein interactions, etc.
  • A neural network that learns from how your colleagues use proteins/antibodies in their studies.
  • So the answer is NO, we cannot pinpoint exact sources, but we provide recommendations based on scientific knowledge. The confirmation is human, which is why we link to major databases!

I already know the gene recommended by the neural network… is it over?
The recommendation reflects the neural network's learning from the given input. If you already know the suggestion, it means the recommendation was correct! Don't stop there; investigate the genes you don't recognize.
